Kate Curry, ERYT200, RYT500, YACEP
Kate Curry started her yoga path over 15 years ago while attending a yoga class at the corporate fitness facility where she worked. Kate’s BS in Kinesiology gave her a solid background as she transitioned through both her 200hr teacher training as well her 500hr Kunga Yoga teacher training.
Through out her 16 years of teaching, Kate loves to share her passion for both the physical and spiritual sides of the yoga practice. She believes strongly in moving mindfully and with purpose through each posture and breath. Her classes are strong and alignment based with the idea that each class can be modified to include all levels of practitioners.
Currently Kate is leading classes in Annapolis, MD as well as mentoring teachers and meeting with private clients. She leads workshops and teacher trainings as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.
